Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the electronic components in their original retail box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Tech Hub

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for expedited delivery to our inspection center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will verify the hardware's condition within 3 business days of arrival, after which a full refund or exchange credit will be applied to your original payment method.
